This policy explains how we deliver your orders, our shipping fees, delivery areas, and related procedures.
We deliver nationwide across South Korea, including all major cities and provinces: Seoul, Busan, Incheon, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, Ulsan, Suwon, Seongnam, Goyang, Yongin, Changwon, Cheongju, Jeonju, Cheonan, and all other cities and counties.
Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 business days after the order is confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on:

Free Shipping: Orders over โฉ70,000 qualify for free delivery.
If your order exceeds 18 kg in total weight, it will be split into multiple packages (maximum 18 kg each). Each package is charged a separate delivery fee based on its contents' total value. You will see the breakdown during checkout.
Orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM may be processed the next business day. We operate every day from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
If delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the package:
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been dispatched.
